RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 26, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005250-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and KIRBY L. KITZMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 40, RIDGE CREST GARDENS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 4-7, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
