NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014 in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on August 6, 2014, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1803, BUILDING 18, OF THE LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM PHASE VII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 89-92 AND FURTHER BEING DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COND)MINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6255, PAGE 887 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
