Final Judgment was awarded on January 15, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-002593ES/J4, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, HARLAN G IRMLER; STEPHANIE IRMLER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on July 23, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
