NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-002381ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. E*TRADE BANK, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL C. DOUGLAS; LORRAINE T. DOUGLAS A/K/A LORRAINE DOUGLAS; SUNCOAST MEADOWS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNCOAST MEADOWS PROFESSIONAL CENTER OWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC., are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 13, OF SUNCOAST MEADOWS - INCREMENT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE(S) 129 THROUGH 139, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
