THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 12205 TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CARROLLWOOD GABLES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8576, PAGE 602, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 64, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 12205 North Armenia Gable Circle, Tampa, Florida 33612, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 11, 2014, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
