NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 28, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-013167, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC4, is the Plaintiff, and, NESTOR ALMEYDA; ROSA VELARDE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ILDA HIDALGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ISRAEL RODRIGUEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on July 16, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
