Final Judgment was awarded on March 24, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-005078 DIVISION N RF, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, CARMELO E. MALDONADO; SYRAIDA MALDONADO; COVINA AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC.; ISPC; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY DBA ISPC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
