Final Judgment was awarded on April 1, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-014581, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and, SATTAR HACK; ZINEB HACK; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
