NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-012482, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-ACC1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-ACC1 is the Plaintiff and CARMEN S. GARCIA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 24th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22 BLOCK 2 SANDPIPER, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 95 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
