NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-011131 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CURT A. ADAMS; REBECCA S. ADAMS; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 98, BLOCK 1, CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS UNIT V, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
