Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 13-CC-032475, on June 29, 2014, in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are JOY R. COHEN, et al. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
Lot 7, Block 28, PROVIDENCE TOWNHOMES PHASES 1 AND 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 61 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
