Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 11, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 5 OF SEVEN PALMS TOWNHOUSES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5510 S MACDILL AVE, TAMPA, FL 333611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 8, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
