AS TRUSTEE OF THE RIDGEWOOD LAND TRUST AGREEMENT, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 11, 2006 A DISSOLVED CORP. WILLIAM DURKIN AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE RIDGEWOOD LAND TRUST AGREEMENT, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 11, 2006; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE RIDGEWOOD LAND TRUST AGREEMENT, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 11, 2006; DIANA MASSIMINI; JAMES COSENTINO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANGEL JIMENEZ, TENANT #2 N/K/A KIRSTEN DAHLQUIST, and TENANT #3 N/K/A AARON BLEVINS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/14/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
