RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006747 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2006-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES, 2006-AR1, is Plaintiff, and ILKAY GULSEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1 OF BAY CREST PARK UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
