NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 2, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 12-CA-002524 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26 is Plaintiff and LYNN MCCARTHY, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK C, PROVIDENCE LAKES PARCEL “D” PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
