Final Judgment was awarded on April 2, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-002917, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, LAURA L. WHITT A/K/A LAURA WHITT; GARY WHITT; USF FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on July 23, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
