Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-007649, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE LUIS MORENO A/K/A JOSE L. MORENO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE LUIS MORENO A/K/A JOSE L. MORENO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on July 23, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
