Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-008211, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT ASSET HOLDING TRUST XVI, is the Plaintiff, and, ANGELA L. MITCHELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGELA L. MITCHELL; PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORENTHA L. MITCHELL; T47 PROPERTIES LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AJ JOHNSON; PREFERRED RETURNS, LLC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
