Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-010492, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-80CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-80CB, is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN W. STRYDOM; HESTER STRYDOM; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
