Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 11-011418-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and JAMES C. RAZI, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
The North 50 feet of Lots 21, 22 and 23, Block 5, MAP OF PINELLAS ADDITION TO ST. PETERSBURG, FLA., according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 9, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of September, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
