NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 3, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-001446-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and MARCELO MILLAR; NANCY BARKAY; KIM BERNIA; TIOVO KARJAMA A/K/A THOMAS T. KARKAMA; MINOCA MILLAR; POINTE TARPON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; POINTE TARPON MARINA ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 18th day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 503 POINTE TARPON TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 118, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
