NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-010890 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CRAIG J. BERNSTEIN, WENDY BERNSTEIN, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC., REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY BERNSTEIN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of July, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot P-4, GREEN VALLEY ESTATES UNIT TWO, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 82, Pages 52, 53, 54 and 55, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
