NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-011770-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM BOGGS is the Defendant, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on JULY 16, 2014, at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
The North 1/2 of Lots 9 and 10 and the West 20 feet of the North 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 14, WEST CENTRAL AVE. SUB, Plat Book 1, Page 35, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
