NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-006301-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and DORIS E. OLIVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORIS E. OLIVER; TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS, NO. 18, INC, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 103, OF TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 18 DORCHESTER BUILDING, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4895, AT PAGE 1305, AS AMENDED, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 81 AND 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
