UNIT 302, BUILDING C, OF PALMA DEL MAR II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 106-121, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4961, PAGE 366, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 6218 PALMA DEL MAR BOULEVARD S C302, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33715 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Ashley L. Simon of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 8/4/2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
