Including any unknown spouse of the Defendant, if reported and if said Defendant is dead, his/her respective unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lien holders, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, and through, under or against the named Defendant; and the aforementioned named Defendant and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant and such of the unknown named Defendants as may be infants, or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
LOT 11 BLOCK C, H.H. KINYON'S ADDITION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 47, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County, was formerly a part.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, MARIZA COBB, P.A., 4000 HOLLYWOOD BLVD., SUITE 555-S, HOLLYWOOD, FL 33021, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is on 8/4/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
