NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 16th day of October, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Condominium Unit No. C, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the declaration of condominium of CYPRESS COVE II, a Condominium, as set forth in Official Records Book 5006, Page 1217, and in Condominium plat pertaining thereto recorded in Condominium Plat Book 40, Pages 117 and Page 118, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
