NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 002497 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NA, is Plaintiff and Joyce M. Schwenter and On Top of the World Condominium Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 55, Building 94, of ON TOP OF THE WORLD CONDOMINIUM UNIT 89 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 8981, Page 112, amended in O.R. 9077, Page 2080 and O.R. 9116, Page 815, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 116, Pages 82 through 84, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 2022 Camelot 55 Drive, Clearwater, FL 33763
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
