NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-007162-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST NLC TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and TIMMIE L. KEYSER A/K/A TIMMIE LEIGH KEYSER, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 28th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 141, Beckett Bay, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Pages 91-94, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 688 BAY COVE DRIVE TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
