NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-008047-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein National Community Capital Fund Tampa #1, LLC, is Plaintiff and Santos Phillip Rodriguez a/k/a Santos Phillip Rodriguez, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, WINSTON PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 46 AND 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 1224 78th Avenue North, St Petersburg, Florida 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
