NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 6, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-002066 DI, DIVISION: 33, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA NABANK OF AMERICA NA is Plaintiff, and ARGENTINA N. HENSLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARGENTINA N. HENSLEY IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE , WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; HARVARD ARMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 24th day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 5, HARVARD ARMS TOWNHOUSES AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
