YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MEDITERRANEAN MANORS ASSOCIATION, herein in the following described property:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Apartment No. 1307 together with the undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of condominium of MEDITERRANEAN MANORS CONDOMINIUM UNIT ONE, a Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 3546, Page 248, and Plat Book 7, Pages 97 through 98, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2700 Bayshore Blvd. #1307, Dunedin, Florida 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 8/04/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
