NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2014, and entered in 12-006312-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ATLANTIC STAR SITE LLC, ET AL., is the Plaintiff and VICTORIA FLEMING; ATLANTIC STAR SITE, LLC, AS DELAWARE LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NO. 661, DATED JUNE 22 , 2009; TENANT #1 N/K/A DIANA STOYANOVA; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF TRUST NO. 661 DATED JUNE 22, 2009; UNKNNOWN PARTIES are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION: FROM THE MOST SOUTHERLY CORNER OF LOT 15 AS A POINT BEGINNING RUN NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHEASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 15, 2.64 FEET, THENCE NORTHWESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 15, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE SOUTHWESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 15 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BLOCK 84, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
