NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-005425-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR8, is the Plaintiff and Larry W. Finch, Madeira Vista Condominium Association, Inc., Stacy L. Finch, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
