Final Judgment was awarded on June 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-003043, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and, BRIAN MCGARRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN MCGARRY N/K/A CARLA MCGARRY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
