NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 10, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2013-CA-010479, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY INC. is Plaintiff, and LORRAINE SHORE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORRAINE SHORE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MANAGEMENT SERVICING GROUP LLC; THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 638 BUILDING 4, THE PALMS OF TARPON SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14822 PAGE 374, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
