NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-002292-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and Shari Wassmer and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Millennia Funding Corporation, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 24th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, SALINA'S EUCLID PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1043 60th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33703
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
