LOT 3, BLOCK 1, HIGHLAND GLEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 132, PAGE 99 AND 100, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
