NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-003163-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon F/K/A the Bank of New York as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for the Benefit of the Certificateholders of Equity One ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2003-4 is the Plaintiff and John Nugent; Hennie Nugent; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or Other Claimants; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.; Sandpoint Townhouses Owners Association, Inc; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 228, SANDPOINTE TOWNHOUSES SECTION SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
