NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-004514-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC1, is Plaintiff, and WILLIE J. HULL, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 92, RICHMOND ESTATES, UNIT THREE, Recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 97 & 98 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Subject to easements and restrictions of record, if any.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
