RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed July 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015471-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is Plaintiff, and ZAFER KIZILTEPE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of September, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
UNIT NO. 35, REGIME V, OF SEMORAN PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDING WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEMORAN PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, REGIMES I, IV, V, VI, VII AND VIII, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2609, PAGE 153, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 87 AND 88, AND AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDED BY FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SEMORAN PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, REGIMES I, IV, V, VI, VII AND VIII, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2951, PAGE 79, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
