NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-019877-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on Behalf of GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-16 Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2006-16 is the Plaintiff and Joshua Campos; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Anna L. Campos; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; Cypress Woods, Inc.; and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 31st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1 BUILDING 1, OF CYPRESS WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2522, PAGE 960 THROUGH 1005 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
