NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 3rd day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-039165-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and JOSE M TORIBIO; MARIA TORIBIO; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF EAGLE CREEK, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR GREATER HOME FUNDING, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A DAVID GUZMAN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 35, EAGLE CREEK PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE(S) 60 THROUGH 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
