CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- BC4, is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND J DEMERS; LORA A DEMERS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/21/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
