Final Judgment was awarded on March 27, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-010669-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and, ORLANDO NOYA; AIDA M. PIMENTEL A/K/A AIDA PIMENTEL; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; HAWTHORNE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Eddie Fernández, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on July 31, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
