GOEL; ARUNA GOEL; RBC BANK (GEORGIA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; SAND LAKE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SAND LAKE HILLS SECTION TWO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
