NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 9, 2014 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001934 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ALBERT B. KHLEIF A/K/A ALBERT KHLEIF; UNKNOWN BENIFICIARIES OF THE SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1082 BIRCHCREST LAND TRUST U/T/D 6/21/04; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SHANTEL HOLDINGS, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1082 BIRCHCREST LAND TRUST U/T/D 6/21/04; CHARLOTTE COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL A COLEY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HEATHER L PRINCE are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 10 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 10, BLOCK 3232, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65A THROUGH 65H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
