NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-001335 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC., is the Plaintiff and Jean Romain Brutus also known as Jean R. Brutus, Mimose M. Brutus, Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Tenant # 1 also known as Gisleine Metienne, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1445, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 20A TO 20F, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
