NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure entered on July 15, 2014, in Civil Action 2013-CA-003563 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY is the Plaintiff, and ANNA CUSACK, CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, ET AL, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00A.M., on the 16th day of October, 2014, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 14, Block 457, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, Section 18, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 8A through 8E, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Which currently has the street address of 2290 Lakeshore Circle, Port Charlotte, FL 33952
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
