NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 4, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002079 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SETTLORS, AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE GEORGE Y. IEAD, SR. REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED 2/14/2006, GEORGE Y. IEAD, JR., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A MARY HEMBERGER, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A DAVID DURBIN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 4, UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION 3, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE Y. IEAD, JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE Y. IEAD, SR.SR.,, unknown trustees,settlers and beneficiaries of of George Y. Iead, Sr. Revocable Trust are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4 day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 48 and 49, Block 20, Naples Park, Unit 2, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 107, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
